Our client is a top-tier performance marketing agency helping DTC brands scale profitably through paid media, email/SMS, CRO, and influencer marketing. We're growing fast and looking for a Video Editor based in Latam with expert-level experience and strong English communication skills to join our remote team.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in performance creative or ad-focused video editing (DTC Product Experience Only)
- English level B2 or higher (CEFR), with strong spoken and written communication
- Are you obsessed with scroll-stopping ads, UGC content, and the latest AI tools? We need someone who lives at the intersection of creativity, data, and AI.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Edit and optimize high-converting video ads across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more
- Leverage cutting-edge AI tools (Runway, Pika, Descript, ChatGPT, Synthesia, ElevenLabs, etc.) to generate scripts, avatars, voiceovers, and content iterations
- Script short-form ads from scratch with clear hooks, storytelling, and CTAs
- Direct and edit UGC-style videos using both real creators and AI avatars
- Continuously analyze creative performance (CTR, watch time, CVR) to iterate and scale winning ads
- Stay ahead of trends and test new formats, angles, and frameworks weekly
Who You Are:
- Expert in video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent)
- Skilled in AI creative tools and quick to learn new platforms
- Deep understanding of direct-response marketing and what makes people click
- Strong scriptwriter, you don’t just edit videos, you tell stories that convert
- Comfortable directing talent (real or AI) and managing quick turnarounds
- Highly efficient, self-driven, and performance-obsessed
