Lemon Adds is a top-tier performance marketing agency helping DTC brands scale profitably through paid media, email/SMS, CRO, and influencer marketing. We're growing fast and looking for a Senior Paid Social Media Buyer based in Argentina with expert-level experience and strong English communication skills to join our remote team.
Role Overview
As a Paid Social Media Buyer, you will manage, scale, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, and other platforms for a portfolio of DTC brands in industries like fashion, health, wellness, and home goods.
You must be data-driven, creative, fluent in English, and deeply experienced in performance marketing strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative, CRO, and lifecycle teams to drive measurable ROI.
Responsibilities
- Launch, manage, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, X, Pinterest, and more
- Strategize and execute performance-driven creative testing and audience segmentation
- Monitor key KPIs (ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, AOV) and optimize accordingly
- Collaborate with internal teams on creative direction and reporting
- Analyze data daily and report performance insights to team leads
- Support live campaign pushes during major sale events (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday)
Requirements
- 5+ years of paid social media buying experience (agency + DTC brand experience required)
- Strong verbal and written English skills (ability to communicate effectively in meetings, write reports, and collaborate with international teams)
- Proven results managing and scaling DTC accounts (ideally in fashion, health, wellness, home goods)
- Expert in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Twitter/X Ads
- Strong grasp of performance metrics, creative strategy, and conversion tracking
- Comfortable working EST/PST hours (remote)
- Portfolio or case studies showing past results (highly preferred)
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Spark Ads, UGC ads, whitelisting, influencer-boosted campaigns
- Familiarity with tools like Triple Whale, Motion, or Northbeam
- Experience presenting results to clients or stakeholders
