Role Overview
We are seeking a Deployment Program Manager with a strong technical program management background to lead the rollout of our enterprise SaaS platform and programs. This person will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Member Experience to ensure implementations are delivered smoothly, on schedule, and with quality—supporting our enterprise clients as they adopt Keep Company’s highly configurable web application.
This is a contract position (3–6 months, with potential extension) designed to accelerate deployment capacity and bring discipline to our processes while we continue to scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end deployment planning and execution for new client launches and platform integrations
- Translate client and program requirements into clear technical deployment roadmaps, timelines, and milestones
- Partner with Engineering to manage configuration, data flows, integrations, and tenant setup for enterprise clients
- Anticipate and resolve technical and operational blockers, escalating when needed
- Build and refine deployment playbooks, configuration templates, and process documentation to support repeatability
- Communicate proactively with client sponsors and internal teams on status, risks, and dependencies
- Ensure alignment between program delivery milestones and platform release cycles
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Technical Program Management, SaaS Implementation, or Enterprise Deployment roles
- Strong technical background—experience working with web applications, enterprise SaaS, and configuration-heavy deployments
- Ability to understand and troubleshoot platform configuration and integration issues (working knowledge of APIs, databases, or system architecture a plus)
- Proven track record managing complex cross-functional projects involving product, engineering, and client-facing teams
- Excellent project management discipline (roadmapping, dependency tracking, risk mitigation)
- Exceptional communication skills—able to simplify technical detail for non-technical stakeholders
- Experience in enterprise professional services / legal industry environments is a plus
Engagement Details
- Contract role: 3–6 months, with possibility of extension or conversion to full-time
- Expected 20–40 hours per week, flexible depending on project load
- Remote-first, with availability to align with the U.S. Eastern time zone hours for client and team collaboration
- Reports to VP of Member Experience, and works closely with CTO, working closely with and Engineering leads

- Enterprise client deployments run on time, with reduced friction and fewer escalations
- Internal and client teams have clear playbooks and confidence in the deployment process
- Configuration and technical handoffs are well-documented and repeatable
