We’re seeking a Web Design & CRO Specialist — a creative problem-solver who understands how to turn data, design, and user behavior into high-performing Shopify experiences and landing pages.
Role Overview
You will design and optimize Shopify websites, product pages, and landing pages that convert visitors into customers.
You’ll collaborate with our creative, paid ads, and email teams to design pages aligned with each brand’s aesthetic and conversion goals.
This is a hands-on role for a senior-level designer/developer who understands both creative storytelling and analytical CRO testing.
Key Responsibilities
Design & build high-converting Shopify pages and landing pages using Figma, custom code (HTML/CSS/JS basics), and page builders (PageFly, GemPages, Shogun, etc.).
Focus relentlessly on mobile optimization and site speed performance, ensuring all pages load fast, render perfectly, and pass Core Web Vitals.
Conduct CRO analysis — identify UX friction, test hypotheses, and implement data-driven improvements.
Collaborate with paid media teams to create landing pages optimized for ad traffic (Meta, Google, TikTok).
Design reusable Shopify templates and optimize store layouts for mobile-first performance.
Audit Shopify stores for UX, speed, and conversion opportunities using tools like Lighthouse, GTmetrix, and Hotjar.
Track metrics (bounce, CTR, AOV, CVR) and report actionable recommendations.
Ensure brand consistency across all design assets and UX flows.
Deliver pixel-perfect work on time and communicate clearly in English with internal teams and clients.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in web design and CRO, preferably within DTC or e-commerce.
Proficiency in Shopify, Figma, and landing-page builders (GemPages, PageFly, Shogun).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics.
Strong graphic design and layout skills, understanding how visuals drive conversions.
Experience with CRO tools (Hotjar, Lucky Orange, VWO, etc.) and A/B testing workflows.
Proven portfolio or proof of work showing Shopify or landing page projects that improved performance.
Fluent English (B+ minimum) and excellent communication.
Passion for building mobile-first, speed-optimized websites that blend creativity with measurable performance.
Bonus / Preferred Experience
Experience with Shopify Plus and custom Liquid themes.
Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks and GA4 / Tag Manager tracking.
Motion graphics or animation skills for product storytelling.
Experience with email design for Klaviyo flows.
