We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our growing team and work directly under the Head of Social Media. This is a key position for someone passionate about social media, highly organized, and skilled at both strategy and execution.
Role Overview
The Social Media Manager will manage the day-to-day organic social media presence for multiple e-commerce brands. You’ll handle posting, engagement, community management, reporting, and creative coordination — ensuring every account grows consistently and stays on-brand.
You’ll collaborate closely with the Head of Social Media, content creators, and design teams to deliver creative, high-performing strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and execute daily posting across all client accounts (IG, TikTok, FB, Pinterest, YouTube, Snapchat).
Develop and maintain content calendars and ensure all posts meet brand standards.
Engage actively with communities — reply to comments, DMs, and tag mentions to grow brand loyalty.
Support the Head of Social Media in planning and delivering monthly feeds, story concepts, and growth ideas.
Track social KPIs (growth, engagement, reach, saves, etc.) and prepare weekly reports.
Stay on top of social trends, audios, and formats — and pitch creative content ideas regularly.
Collaborate with design and influencer teams for visual and UGC content execution.
Manage brand tone and consistency across all social platforms.
Plan and help execute giveaways, collaborations, and influencer repost strategies.
Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience managing multiple social media accounts for brands or agencies.
Proven experience growing accounts across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, and Snapchat.
Strong understanding of content planning, trend optimization, and community engagement.
Hands-on experience with social media scheduling tools (Later, Planoly, Meta Suite, etc.).
Strong English communication skills — written and spoken (B+ or higher).
Basic design or video editing skills in Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Highly organized, reliable, and able to handle multiple brands simultaneously.
Familiarity with e-commerce or DTC brands is a strong plus.
