Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Google Ads / PPC Media Buyer to join our team full-time. This role is not for lead generation specialists but for someone with a strong background in managing Google Ads for e-commerce brands.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage highly optimized Google Ads campaigns for e-commerce clients

• Conduct in-depth keyword research, audience targeting, and bid strategy optimizations

• Set up and manage campaigns across Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max

• Utilize Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and data-driven insights to improve ad performance

• Continuously A/B test ads, landing pages, and creatives to maximize ROAS

• Collaborate with the creative and CRO teams to enhance conversion rates and AOV

• Provide detailed performance reports and strategic recommendations to clients

• Stay updated on the latest Google Ads trends, automation strategies, and industry updates

Qualifications:

✅ 5+ years of experience in Google Ads & PPC management
✅ Strong expertise in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and e-commerce tracking
✅ Experience managing ad spend of $50K+/month for e-commerce brands
✅ Proven track record of improving ROAS and driving revenue growth
✅ Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and optimize campaigns
✅ Experience working in a marketing agency (preferred)
✅ Strong communication and reporting skills
✅ English Level, B or higher. Speak, read and write.
