Company Overview:
Our client is a growing company with a steady stream of both warm and cold leads flowing into the office daily.
We are seeking an organized, dedicated, and professional Sales Representative to join the team as a pre-qualifier in our sales process.
In this role, you will help manage our increasing volume of potential customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service from initial contact through the closing of the sales cycle.
Job Responsibilities:
• Make and receive phone calls to and from both warm and cold leads.
• Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and timeline.
• Develop strategies to engage with cold leads and convert them into qualified prospects.
• Accurately input and maintain customer information within our CRM system.
• Assist the Sales Manager with various sales-related tasks and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager and Customer Service departments to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Maintain an organized workflow to manage multiple leads at different stages in the sales process.
• Drive the closing cycle by ensuring both warm and cold qualified leads move efficiently
through the sales pipeline.
• Follow up on potential deals to ensure smooth communication and closing of sales.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage and track both warm and cold leads through the entire sales cycle.
• Ability to manage a high volume of leads and maintain attention to detail.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to learn and retain product knowledge to serve as a Subject Matter Expert.
• Confidence and skills in assisting in closing deals, particularly with cold leads.
• Team-oriented, with a positive and professional attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience working in a pre-qualifying sales role, with proven success in handling both warm and cold leads.

• Bonus Structure:
- $10K–$15K in sales: 3% bonus ($300)
- $15K–$30K in sales: 4% bonus ($600–$1,200)
- $30K and above: 5% bonus ($1,500 and up)
