About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and fast-moving Executive Assistant to support Andrés Naim in launching a new biotechnology-focused organization alongside his American business partner.
The ideal candidate will act as the administrative anchor for a dynamic and visionary environment that connects entrepreneurship, science, government, and investment.
This person will coordinate meetings and dinners with top leaders, manage research and communications, and implement new tools and systems to keep everything running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct executive and administrative support to Andrés Naim.
- Organize meetings, calls, and private dinners with partners, investors, and institutional stakeholders.
- Coordinate logistics for events, both virtual and in-person.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, companies, and innovation topics.
- Maintain and organize CRM and contact databases; track all professional relationships.
- Draft notes, follow-ups, and internal communications.
- Help implement new productivity and information tools.
- Support G50 initiatives and liaise with its members when needed.
Requirements
- Fluent or bilingual English (spoken and written) — this is the most important requirement.
- Proven experience in administrative, executive assistant, or operational coordination roles.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to move fast while maintaining accuracy.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Experience using CRMs and productivity tools (Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.).
- Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn — training will be provided where needed.
- Background in biotechnology, medical research, or technology is a plus but not required.
