About the Role
We are seeking a strategic, highly organized, and fast-moving Chief of Staff to work directly with Andrés Naim as he launches a new biotechnology-focused organization alongside his American business partner.
This is the first hire of the organization, which means the person in this role will help build the foundation from the ground up — systems, processes, priorities, partnerships, and eventually future hires. There is a lot to create, structure, and scale, and this role will be central to shaping how the organization grows over the coming years.
You will operate as Andrés’ strategic right hand, driving key initiatives, coordinating with high-level stakeholders, overseeing research and operations, and ensuring that execution remains aligned with the long-term vision.
You will be at the center of a dynamic environment that blends entrepreneurship, science, government, public policy, and investment, turning ideas into action and maintaining momentum across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Act as Andrés’ strategic partner, ensuring priorities are met and key projects advance smoothly.
- Build core operational infrastructure — workflows, systems, documentation, internal processes.
- Support early-stage organizational development, including identifying future roles and helping coordinate new hires.
- Conduct in-depth research on emerging technologies, biotech trends, policy topics, and innovation ecosystems.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Manage communications with top leaders across science, policy, tech, and investment.
- Coordinate high-level meetings, calls, events, and private dinners.
- Maintain and expand a well-organized relationship and CRM system.
Execution & Internal Operations
- Draft key communications, notes, follow-ups, and executive materials.
- Implement productivity tools and systems to increase organizational efficiency.
- Support G50-related initiatives and liaise with its members when needed.
Cross-Functional & Organizational Growth
- Serve as the connector between Andrés, partners, and external/internal teams.
- Anticipate challenges, propose solutions, and help build an operational structure that can scale.
- Play a foundational role in shaping culture, standards, and execution quality.
Requirements
- Fluent/bilingual English (C1/C2) — essential.
- Experience as Chief of Staff, Strategic Operations Lead, Founder’s Associate, or Senior EA with high autonomy.
- Experience supporting high-level executives, founders, or public-sector leaders.
- Strong research, analytical, and strategic-thinking skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, unstructured, early-stage environment.
- Experience with CRMs and productivity tools (Notion, Airtable, HubSpot, etc.).
- Interest in biotechnology, science, innovation, or policy is a plus.
