BeachVibes is a Miami-based real estate and property management company focused on short-term rentals and investment opportunities for international investors, particularly from Latin America.
We help clients invest, manage, and grow real estate assets in one of the most dynamic markets in the U.S.
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Business Development Representative (BDR) to generate and qualify new business opportunities across three key verticals:
Property buying/selling in Miami (LATAM investors focus)
Short-term rental property management (new property owners)
Future real estate investment and development projects
👉 Your role is to open doors and generate qualified meetings. The closing process is handled by the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
Generate 4–5 qualified meetings per week through LinkedIn, personal network, referrals, and digital channels
Identify and outreach to potential investors, property owners, and buyers
Maintain and update pipeline in CRM
Build long-term relationships with prospects
Represent BeachVibes professionally across events, networks, and communities
Ideal Profile
Experience in sales, business development, or networking (not mandatory, but preferred)
Strong communication skills and professional presence
Self-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
Existing network in real estate, investor communities, or LATAM expat circles is a strong plus
Fluent in English and Spanish
No real estate license required
Compensation
Base Salary: USD 500–800/month
Per Qualified Meeting: ~USD 50
Per Closed Deal: USD 500–1,000
👉 Compensation is heavily performance-driven, with strong upside based on deal flow.
