POSITION SUMMARY
The Outbound Lead Caller is responsible for contacting inbound digital leads generated through Everlast Bathrooms’ marketing channels and converting them into scheduled in-home consultations. This role requires a confident, professional communicator who can engage homeowners quickly, build rapport, and qualify interest before handing off to the sales team. In addition to outbound calling, this individual will assist the broader call center team with administrative tasks on an as-needed basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Run call queue until completed every day
• Make a minimum of 100–120 outbound calls per day across fresh and follow-up leads
• Conduct a warm, professional qualifying conversation using the Everlast call script and Q&A framework
• Identify homeowner interest level, project scope, timeline, and availability for a design consultation
• Schedule in-home appointments and confirm details with the homeowner and sales rep
• Log every call, outcome, and appointment detail accurately in the i360 CRM in real time
• Update lead status and disposition tags after each interaction per established CRM protocols
• Assist the Call Center Manager and team with administrative tasks including data entry, report pulls, scheduling coordination, and inbound call overflow as needed
• Communicate lead quality issues, call obstacles, or pattern trends to the manager weekly
• Maintain a professional, energetic tone that reflects the Everlast Bathrooms brand at all times
REQUIREMENTS
• Fluent English speaker — written and spoken; clear, neutral accent with no communication barriers (required)
• 1–3+ years of outbound calling experience in a similar role: home services, remodeling, insurance, real estate, or consumer sales (required)
• Proven track record of hitting call volume and appointment-setting targets
• Comfortable working with i360 CRM system (Salesforce); must be able to log and manage leads in real time
• Strong ability to handle objections, persist through rejections, and remain upbeat across a high-volume day
• Excellent time management and the ability to manage a large lead pipeline without dropping follow-ups
• Detail-oriented — every call must be logged; no lead left undocumented
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experience in bathroom remodeling, home improvement, or related home services industry
• Prior use of i360 CRM or a dialer-integrated CRM platform
• Background in appointment-setting or lead generation roles with a quota-driven environment
• Familiarity with digital lead management (Facebook Ads leads, Google leads, web forms)
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (AS NEEDED)
This position is primarily outbound-focused, but the team is collaborative. You may be asked to support the call center team with tasks such as:
• Pulling or formatting lead reports from i360 or Excel
• Assisting with scheduling coordination between sales reps and homeowners
• Answering inbound overflow calls during peak periods
• Updating templates, call scripts, or internal tracking sheets
• Light data entry or document preparation for the Call Center Manager
WORK SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION
• This is a full-time position with a structured but non-traditional schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (EST)
- Saturday & Sunday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
• Some flexibility in the schedule may be discussed, such as adjusting hours across the week (e.g., taking one weekday off and redistributing hours), depending on team needs and mutual agreement.
• Compensation: Open and based on candidate experience and expectations. Final offer will be discussed and aligned with the company on a case-by-case basis.
