We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Architectural & Electrical CAD Drafter to join our team and support drafting, documentation, and project coordination efforts.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for a drafting professional with experience in architectural and electrical drawings who is comfortable working with digital plans, PDF markups, and technical documentation.

The ideal candidate combines strong AutoCAD drafting skills with excellent computer proficiency and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, edit, and revise architectural and electrical drawings using AutoCAD.

• Interpret construction drawings, sketches, markups, and technical specifications.

• Read and understand architectural and electrical plans.

• Edit, organize, and manage PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat.

• Process drawing revisions, redlines, and document updates.

• Support project teams with drafting updates and project deliverables.

• Maintain accurate project documentation and file organization.

• Perform quality control checks to ensure drawing accuracy.

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines.

• Assist with permitting and construction documentation when required.

• Adapt to evolving project requirements and support company growth initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Drafting, Construction Technology, or a related field.

• 2+ years of experience in architectural and/or electrical drafting.

• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD (required).

• Experience interpreting architectural and electrical plans.

• Advanced computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

• Strong experience working with Adobe Acrobat and PDF markups.

• Experience preparing, updating, and managing construction documents.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Professional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working for architecture, engineering, or construction firms.

• Familiarity with construction documents and permitting processes.

• Understanding of electrical layouts, lighting plans, and power distribution drawings.

• Experience with additional design or drafting software such as Revit, DraftSight, or similar tools.

• Experience working remotely with U.S.-based companies.
