Bookkeeper & Admin Assistant - Property Management / Real Estate
Full-Time | Remote | LATAM
Compensation: USD 1,500 - 2,000/month
We are looking for a LATAM-based Bookkeeper & Administrative Assistant to support a U.S.-based business with bookkeeping, reconciliations, collections follow-up, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
This is a hybrid role: approximately 50% bookkeeping and 50% administrative / executive support. The ideal candidate has experience working with U.S. companies and, ideally, exposure to property management, real estate, rentals, or similar industries.
Responsibilities:
Perform bank and account reconciliations
Categorize transactions and maintain accurate records
Support invoicing, expense tracking, and payment follow-up
Contact clients/vendors/tenants as needed regarding payments or missing information
Assist with administrative and executive support tasks
Maintain organized documentation and financial records
Work closely with U.S.-based stakeholders
Requirements:
2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or admin/accounting support experience
Strong reconciliation experience
Experience with U.S.-based companies or clients
Advanced English, written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills
Comfortable making calls and following up on payments
Based in LATAM
Nice to Have:
Experience in property management, real estate, rentals, or construction-related businesses
QuickBooks, Xero, Excel, or Google Sheets experience
Collections, AR, invoicing, or vendor/client follow-up experience
