About the Role
We are seeking a senior Amazon professional to lead and scale our Amazon business. This role goes beyond day-to-day marketplace management—it requires someone who can own the P&L, lead a team, drive growth, and make strategic decisions across all aspects of the Amazon channel.
The ideal candidate has managed high-performing Amazon teams, overseen multi-million-dollar Amazon businesses, and understands both the strategic and operational side of scaling brands on Amazon.
Key Responsibilities
Own the overall Amazon business strategy and performance.
Manage the P&L for the Amazon channel, driving revenue growth and profitability.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 3-5 Amazon specialists across different functions.
Set priorities, KPIs, and performance expectations for the Amazon team.
Analyze sales, profitability, advertising performance, and operational metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Partner with leadership to define business objectives and growth strategies.
Oversee listing optimization, catalog management, pricing strategy, inventory planning, promotions, and account health.
Work closely with PPC, operations, supply chain, and creative teams to maximize marketplace performance.
Monitor competitive activity and market trends to identify new opportunities.
Build scalable processes and improve operational efficiency across the Amazon business.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Amazon marketplace experience.
Experience managing Amazon businesses generating at least USD 10 million in annual revenue.
Previous experience leading and managing a team of at least 3-5 people.
Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central.
Experience managing P&L and making commercial decisions based on profitability.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business and financial data.
Experience working with inventory planning, forecasting, pricing, and profitability analysis.
Advanced English communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Amazon Vendor Central.
Experience selling internationally (US, Canada, Mexico, etc.).
Experience with Amazon advertising strategy and performance management.
Experience with inventory forecasting and supply chain planning.
Experience working with consumer products or fast-growing eCommerce brands.
