About Inforge
Inforge is a Salesforce implementation partner serving US-based clients across legal, accounting, financial services, nonprofit, life sciences, and commerce. We design, build, and scale revenue and operations platforms on Salesforce, and we're actively redesigning the consulting delivery model for the AI era in partnership with Tenfold and Anthropic.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Architect who can set the technical direction for complex, multi-cloud implementations and own the solution quality from discovery through go-live. You'll be the most senior technical voice in the room on client engagements — designing data models, integration patterns, and org architectures that are built to last, not just built to ship. You'll work directly with US client executives and RevOps leadership, so executive presence and the ability to communicate architecture tradeoffs in plain language are non-negotiable. This role exists to raise the ceiling on what Inforge can deliver and to free delivery leadership to focus on growth.
What You'll Do
• Lead solution architecture across multi-cloud Salesforce engagements (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and others), from discovery and design through build oversight and go-live.
• Design end-to-end data models, integration architectures, security models, and org structures that are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with client business requirements.
• Own technical discovery with US client stakeholders: run architecture workshops, ask the right questions, surface hidden complexity, and de-risk engagements before the build starts.
• Produce clear, decision-ready architecture documentation: solution design docs, integration specs, data dictionaries, ERDs, and architecture decision records.
• Guide and review the work of developers and admins, setting the technical standard and catching issues before they reach production.
• Design integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems (HubSpot, ChurnZero, Maxio, Gong, and others), including data sync strategy, error handling, and operational monitoring.
• Advise clients on Salesforce licensing, product roadmap fit, and when to use declarative vs. programmatic approaches.
• Maintain architecture posture across managed services engagements: runbook accuracy, change documentation, and org health.
• Participate in pre-sales scoping and estimation — your input is what makes our proposals accurate and our delivery margins real.
• Contribute to Inforge's internal capability development: patterns library, reusable solution assets, and technical hiring standards.
What You Bring
• 8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience, with at least 3 years in an architecture or senior technical lead role in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Deep, multi-cloud Salesforce expertise: you have designed and delivered solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and at least one additional cloud (Experience, Nonprofit, Revenue, or similar).
• Strong command of Salesforce data modeling: you understand the downstream consequences of schema decisions on performance, reporting, and integration, and you design accordingly.
• Integration architecture experience: you have designed and overseen the build of complex integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware, and you know where each approach earns its cost.
• Fluent, native-level English, both written and spoken. You lead architecture workshops with US executives, write documentation that gets read and acted on, and handle pushback from senior stakeholders without losing the thread.
• Strong executive presence. You can walk a non-technical client through a complex architectural tradeoff, hold your position under pressure, and earn trust quickly.
• Comfort governing technical delivery across a team: you set the standard, review the work, and course-correct without micromanaging.
• Organized and proactive. You produce documentation without being asked, flag risks before they escalate, and treat the admin runbook as a first-class deliverable.
Nice to Have
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, or B2B Solution Architect certification.
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Agentforce.
• Prior experience working US business hours and time zones.
• Exposure to AI-augmented delivery workflows or a clear point of view on how AI is changing the Salesforce consulting model.
• Hands-on Apex and LWC development background — you don't need to be writing code daily, but you need to have done it seriously.
• Familiarity with enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, or similar) at an architecture level.
How We'll Measure Success
• First 30 days: Onboarded to all active engagements. Architecture documentation reviewed and gaps identified. Trusted by developers and PMs as the technical authority.
• First 90 days: Owning solution design on at least two concurrent client engagements. Zero P1 defects attributable to architecture decisions. Clients treat you as the senior technical voice.
• First 6 months: Measurable improvement in delivery quality, estimation accuracy, and client technical confidence. Senior leaders no longer pulled into technical escalations.
• Ongoing: Clean, well-governed Salesforce orgs. Accurate scoping. Developers who grow under your technical leadership. Clients renew or expand because the platform holds up.
Why Inforge
• Work directly with ambitious US clients across legal, accounting, financial services, nonprofit, and commerce.
• Be part of a firm actively redesigning the consulting delivery model for the AI era, in partnership with Tenfold and Anthropic.
• Senior, direct leadership. No corporate theater. Decisions get made quickly and you'll have real ownership from day one.
• Remote-first culture with meaningful in-person moments throughout the year.
