About Inforge
Inforge is a Salesforce implementation partner serving US-based clients across legal, accounting, financial services, nonprofit, life sciences, and commerce. We design, build, and scale revenue and operations platforms on Salesforce, and we're actively redesigning the consulting delivery model for the AI era in partnership with Tenfold and Anthropic.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical Architect who can set the technical direction for complex Salesforce implementations while remaining hands-on throughout delivery.
You'll own the solution quality from discovery through go-live, designing scalable architectures while also contributing directly to development when needed. You'll be the senior technical voice on your client engagements, working closely with developers, project managers, and US client executives.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role that combines architecture, technical design, mentoring, and development.
What You'll Do
Lead solution architecture across Salesforce engagements from discovery and design through build oversight and go-live.
Design scalable data models, integration architectures, security models, and org structures aligned with business requirements.
Participate directly in development when needed, particularly around Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and complex technical implementations.
Lead technical discovery workshops with US client stakeholders.
Produce architecture documentation, solution design documents, ERDs, integration specifications, and technical decision records.
Lead and mentor a team of approximately 2–4 Salesforce Developers, reviewing code and maintaining technical quality standards.
Design integration patterns between Salesforce and third-party systems such as HubSpot, ChurnZero, Maxio, Gong, and others.
Advise clients on Salesforce licensing, platform capabilities, and declarative vs. programmatic solutions.
Participate in estimation, solution scoping, and pre-sales activities.
Help build internal best practices, reusable assets, and technical standards across the organization.
What You Bring
8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
At least 3 years leading technical Salesforce implementations as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or Senior Salesforce Developer.
