About Inforge
Inforge is a Salesforce implementation partner serving US-based clients across legal, accounting, financial services, nonprofit, life sciences, and commerce. We design, build, and scale revenue and operations platforms on Salesforce, and we're actively redesigning the consulting delivery model for the AI era in partnership with Tenfold and Anthropic.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer who can own the technical delivery of complex implementations end-to-end. You'll be the person who turns architecture decisions into working, production-grade Salesforce solutions — writing clean Apex, designing robust data models, and building integrations that hold up over time. You'll work closely with architects, admins, and US clients, so the ability to translate technical decisions into plain language is essential. This role exists because we need developers who can lead the build without needing to be supervised on every decision.
What You'll Do
· Build and deliver Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud engagements with US clients.
· Write production-grade Apex classes, triggers, and LWC components that follow best practices and pass code review without revision cycles.
· Design and implement data models, validation rules, automation (Flow, Process Builder), and integration patterns.
· Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems (HubSpot, ChurnZero, Maxio, Gong, and others) via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
· Conduct code reviews, enforce Salesforce governor limits, and maintain a clean, well-documented org.
· Work directly with architects to translate solution designs into working builds, flagging technical risks early.
· Participate in technical discovery sessions with US client stakeholders, asking the right questions to de-risk the build.
· Write and maintain technical documentation: data dictionaries, integration specs, deployment runbooks, and change logs.
· Deploy changes through a disciplined sandbox-to-production process using version control and change sets or SFDX.
· Support QA by writing test classes with meaningful coverage and debugging issues quickly in production.
What You Bring
· 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience in a consulting, systems integrator, or professional services environment.
· Strong Apex development skills: you write clean, testable, governor-limit-aware code and can debug complex issues independently.
· Solid LWC (Lightning Web Components) experience: you can build functional, well-structured components without starting from scratch on every project.
· Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling, object relationships, and the implications of schema decisions on performance and scalability.
· Integration experience: you have built REST and SOAP integrations, understand OAuth flows, and know how to handle error states gracefully.
· Fluent, professional English, both written and spoken. You can run a technical discussion with a US client, write clear technical documentation, and communicate blockers clearly.
· Comfortable working across the full SDLC in a consulting context: discovery, build, test, deploy, and handoff.
· Self-directed and accountable. You push work forward without needing daily check-ins and raise issues before they become escalations.
· Familiar with Salesforce DX, version control (Git), and sandbox management.
Nice to Have
· Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification.
· Experience with middleware or integration platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, or similar).
· Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or Nonprofit Cloud.
· Prior experience working US business hours and time zones.
· Familiarity with AI-augmented development workflows or interest in how AI is changing the consulting model.
· Experience with data migration tools (Data Loader, Dataloader.io, or similar).
How We'll Measure Success
· First 30 days: Onboarded to active client engagements. Contributing production-ready code. Trusted by the architect and admin as the go-to for build execution.
· First 90 days: Delivering features end-to-end with minimal revision cycles. Technical documentation up to date. No P1 defects attributable to your changes.
· First 6 months: Independently owning technical workstreams on multiple concurrent engagements. US client stakeholders reference your work by name as a quality bar.
· Ongoing: Clean, well-documented builds. Reliable deployments. Architects spend their time on design, not rework.
Why Inforge
· Work directly with ambitious US clients across legal, accounting, financial services, nonprofit, and commerce.
· Be part of a firm actively redesigning the consulting delivery model for the AI era, in partnership with Tenfold and Anthropic.
· Senior, direct leadership. No corporate theater. Decisions get made quickly and you'll have real ownership from day one.
· Remote-first culture with meaningful in-person moments throughout the year.
